Family Building Webinar Series – Your Family Building Journey: A Visualization Activity
April 28, 2023 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Take a mindful moment to honor your experience on the road to building your family. Join Rachel Liccardo, LCSW-C and JHEAP On-site Clinician, as she leads the group through a visual journaling exercise to help you reflect on how far you’ve come, where you’re going, open up about your emotions and challenges, and name the supports available to you.
You will need a piece of paper and something to write with. If you enjoy arts and crafts, feel free to use other supplies to make a colorful visual. Artistic ability is not a requirement of this session. Register.
This event is part of the Family Building Webinar Series. Through this series planning, expecting and new parents working in the university and health system will be able to:
- Learn about benefits and leave policies, and Worklife programs including lactation support, child care and backup care
- Hear from experts in child care, mental health, wellness, and more
