Ambulatory Management Program (AMP)

Part of Clinicians! – AMP (Ambulatory Management Program) CHAMP Programs

AMP provides education in critical aspects of practice management for emerging leaders in ambulatory care units across Johns Hopkins Medicine.  Now in its 7^th year, this 5-month interactive course provides skills and coaching on efficiency, safety and quality improvement, including Lean Healthcare certification, team-based care, finance, human resource skills, and change management.  During the course, you will “learn by doing”, and work with your practice team, together with a mentor from our senior leadership, to solve a challenge in your practice.  Faculty can earn up to 44 CME/CEUs for attending.
