BP2: Blood Pressure and Breathing Practice is a new, 23-week virtual lifestyle series, uniquely designed to help you develop skills to lower stress and blood pressure, one small step at a time. The engaging, 30-minute sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including stress-reduction techniques, health and nutrition education, movement and sleep practices, social connection and, of course, the nuts and bolts of blood pressure. BP2 offers an opportunity to become a happier and healthier you.
- What is the time commitment? Attending every session is encouraged, but not required. The more sessions you attend, the better you may feel.
- When are the sessions? The sessions will take place on Thursdays from noon to 12:30 p.m., with an optional 15-minute Q&A. Please arrive on time or a few minutes early because the meeting access will close once the session begins.
- Where are the sessions? All sessions are virtual; the Zoom link will be on the Healthy at Hopkins portal. The same link will be used for each session.
