The ECLS is designed for full-time and part-time instructors and assistant professors at rank five years or less.
In this session:
You will explore how to be a more effective mentee, including how to identify and select the best mentors.
You will also learn how to maximize the benefit you receive from your mentor(s) through:
-Providing/receiving feedback in a positive way.
