In the United States, a person dies every 34 seconds, on average, from cardiovascular disease, and someone dies from stroke every three minutes and 17 seconds. Advancements in prevention, treatment and research are vital to battle heart disease.
Our 2023 JHM Heart Walk fundraising goal is $205,000. Please consider participating in one of the Heart Walks to help achieve this goal:
