Live@LunchTime Concert

The Aiden Interrante Quintet aims to balance joyful accessibility with exceptional artistry while preserving and furthering the traditions of Jazz, Blues, Funk, R&B, and other forms of Black American music. Trumpeter Aiden Interrante, pianist Aleko Lionikis, guitarist Leo Sandoval, bassist Aidan Taylor, and drummer Kevin Kearney each draw from a variety of influences, traditions, and genres, adding up to the group’s distinct musical voice. All members are currently earning their bachelor’s degrees in jazz studies at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University under the direction of renowned trumpeter and educator Sean Jones.

The group sincerely believes in the power of music to bring people together regardless of language or background. Through this Live@LunchTime concert, the Aiden Interrante Quintet aspires to uplift and inspire, and they hope that their music finds its way to those who need it most.
