The Intersection of DEI with Health Worker Well-Being: A Systems Approach

The National Academy of Medicine’s (NAM) Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being is hosting a hybrid convening on The Intersection of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with Health Worker Well-Being, on Monday, March 11, 1:30 PM – 5:45 PM ET.
Ensuring the well-being of a health workforce that reflects a growing, aging, and more racially and ethnically diverse U.S. population is synergistic with implementing strategies for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). The NAM Clinician Well-Being Collaborative aims to assemble industry leaders, policymakers, and clinician stakeholders to discuss opportunities to better coordinate and catalyze both DEI and well-being efforts at the health care organization and national levels.
