- 1:10 pm -2:10 pm: “Coping strategies for anxiety from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspective followed by a mindfulness meditation” presented by Erin Etzel, Ph.D.
Presented by the Johns Hopkins Ataxia Center, the Thrive Together on Thursdays Wellness Series aims to provide ataxia patients with education, information and resources that will help individuals positively manage their condition and improve their overall quality of life.
